Keep your Gaurea lovely for longer:

  • Keep it dry — remove before showers, swimming, and workouts.
  • Avoid perfume, lotion, and sanitiser directly on the piece.
  • Store it flat and separate (a pouch or box) so chains don't tangle or scratch.
  • Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth after wearing.

Handmade pieces are delicate by nature — a little care keeps them shining.

Shipping Policy

Handmade-to-order timing. Each custom piece is made by hand after you order, so please allow 3–5 business days for us to craft it before it ships. Ready-made pieces ship within 1–2 business days.

Delivery. We ship across India via Delhivery. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking link by email/SMS when your order ships.

Shipping charges. [Flat ₹50/ Free above ₹500 / calculated at checkout].

Address accuracy. Please double-check your shipping address — we can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

International. [Currently India-only / We ship internationally — rates and times shown at checkout.]

Return & Refund Policy

Because most Gaurea pieces are handmade to order and personalised to your design, they can't be resold, so, like most custom jewellery makers, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges on made-to-your-design pieces unless they arrive faulty or damaged.

If something's wrong, we'll make it right. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not matching the design you submitted, email us at gaureaofficial@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We'll arrange a repair, replacement, or refund at no cost to you.

Ready-made pieces (from The Store, not custom-designed) may be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused and in original condition, the customer covers return shipping unless the item was faulty. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the item.

Not eligible: custom/personalised designs (except faults), items damaged through wear, and sale items.
